If Standard Mailing charge is
sufficient, certain light weight items such as reports will be shipped
by First Class Mail. If the weight of an item or items exceeds the
amount required by Priority or UPS shipping, the shipments will be made
via Special Standard Mail.
UPS Air Shipments (Next Day or Second
Day Delivery), please contact us
for quotation.
All orders are shipped within 24
hours. Orders received on Fridays will be shipped on Monday.
DROP-SHIPPING
Shipping charges for drop-ship orders
are the same as when we ship directly to you.
We will drop-ship to your customer
under your label. We do not include any of our promotional material to
your customer, and will never use your customers' names for our
mailings.
Drop-ship orders should be placed via E-mail or mail. Sorry, but we cannot accept drop-ship orders by phone.
You do not need to provide a label for
drop-shipments unless you have a custom shipping label that you want us
to use. If you send your drop-shipments via mail please use the
drop-ship order form.
The order form should contain your
customer's name and address, your name and address, item numbers, price,
and quantity. To receive confirmation of the shipment, enclose a
self-addressed, stamped postcard.
CANADIAN ORDERS
Surface: 10-20 days
Eastern Provinces; 15-30 days Western Provinces.
$5.00 minimum or 20% for orders over $25.00
Airmail: 3-7 days Eastern
Provinces; 7-10 days Western Provinces.
$6.00 minimum or 30% for orders over $20.00.
Payments may be made by
Visa, MasterCard, International Money Order or Bank Check and must be
issued in U.S. funds and drawn on a U.S. bank or U.S. branch of a
Canadian bank.
OVERSEAS
ORDERS
Surface: Delivery to most
European countries, 3-4 weeks. Other areas, especially South Deliver,
Africa and Far East rarely take less than 3-4 months and sometimes take
up to 7-8 months. We strongly recommend that you do not use surface
shipments. We cannot be responsible for lost overseas surface shipments.
$5.00 minimum or 30% for orders over $17.00.
Airmail: Delivery to most
countries can be expected in approximately 7-20 days.
$6.00 minimum or 80% of the value of the order, whichever is higher.
Payments may be made by
Visa, MasterCard, Postal or International Money Order or Bank Check and
must be issued in U.S. funds and drawn on a U.S. bank or U.S. branch of
a foreign bank.

Canadian & Overseas Orders.
Shipping charges as shown
may not be sufficient or may be too much due to the weight of an item,
in which case an additional charge will be necessary, or a credit will
be issued.
TERMS
Payment with order, by check (personal
or company), money order, cashier's check, Visa or MasterCard are
accepted.
Do not send your customers' checks.
Deposit these to your own account. Issue your check to America Books Inc. Check your order carefully for correct pricing and shipping
charges. $29 bank service charge for all returned checks.
RETURNS, MONEY-BACK
GUARANTEE
Resellers and customers may receive
a full refund of the purchase price of the product less postage and
handling for a period of up to 30 days. We suggest that our
resellers
offer their customers the same guarantee. There are no refunds on
quantity purchases, imprinted products, reproduction rights, shareware,
CD-ROMs or mailing lists.
Distributor FEES
The Distributor fee you pay
(Special or Super) is a one time fee. Your distributorship
remains valid as long as we receive at least one order during the
preceding 12 months. If we do not receive an order during the preceding
12 months, your account lapses automatically.
If you should need a new distributor
package at any time while your distributorship is active, you may
receive it for $20.00

PRODUCT
AVAILABILITY
All products shown in our catalog are
in ample supply in our warehouse. From time to time we may be
temporarily out of a given product. In most cases a new supply will be
on hand within a few days.
Occasionally a book may become
unavailable because the publisher has decided not to re-print the item.
